The 2023 USATF Outdoor Championships begin July 6th! The best in the U.S. will compete over four days to determine which athletes will have the opportunity to represent Team USA at the World Athletics Championships this August in Budapest, Hungary. These championships will also serve as the selection for Team USA at the Pan American Games in Santiago, Chile as well as the World Athletics Road Running Championships in Riga, Latvia.

If you can attend the meet, tickets can be purchased online. The championships will be broadcast live on (broadcast info).

Colleen & Emma will compete in the preliminary round of the 3000m steeplechase Thursday, July 6th, at 6:04pm PST. Nikki & Katie will also compete Thursday night, at 7:26pm PST, in the preliminary round of the 1500m. The 1500m final will take place Saturday, July 8th, at 6:34pm PST. The 3000m steeplechase final will follow at 7:25pm PST. Sunday, July 9th, Katie will compete in the 5000m final, which begins at 7:29pm PST.
